Bringing Disparate Systems Together to Create Alignment.
CoBank provides loans, leases, export financing and other financial services to agribusinesses and rural power, water and communications providers nationwide. Each of CoBank’s seven service lines operated as a separate business unit with individual tools and data collection methods. This lack of integrated collaboration between business units resulted in an inconsistent customer experience, operational constraints, and additional costs.
Wanting to create organizational alignment, CoBank asked Quisitive to create a solution to bring data from the disparate systems together across the service lines in a cohesive way. Quisitive led CoBank through a process of data integration, which included migrating the company’s custom-built Lotus Notes solution and integrating with their existing data warehouse. In addition to this, Quisitive also provided valuable guidance and best practices around enterprise project execution, user adoption strategies, and change management.
Today, CoBank has a fully integrated data strategy, giving the company the ability to drive predictability while providing a seamless and unified experience for their customers.
