2025 Power Platform Community Conference - Quisitive Booth

The 2025 Power Platform Community Conference (#PPCC25) delivered big energy, packed rooms, and a clear message: AI and automation are moving from experimentation to measurable business impact. As a Silver Sponsor this year, our team spent three days on the ground in Las Vegas connecting with customers, MVPs, Microsoft leaders, and the brilliant Power Platform community.

If you couldn’t make it, here’s your recap of the themes, announcements, and inside moments that made this year stand out.

The Big Shift: Power Platform + AI Is Becoming the New Standard

A major takeaway across keynotes and sessions was the acceleration of AI-driven automation across Power Platform. Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agentic AI were everywhere.

A few highlights that had the community buzzing:

Copilot Studio is evolving fast

Microsoft showcased new capabilities that make it easier to build cross-system AI agents, integrate external data securely, and apply governance at scale. Expect more enterprise guardrails, deeper connectors, and expanded deployment options.

Agentic AI is the next frontier

Sessions pointed to a shift from “single-prompt Copilot use” to multi-step AI agents that trigger workflows, fetch context, take action, and report back. Microsoft shared examples of agent-driven processes for HR onboarding, IT support, and citizen services. It’s clear this is where organizations will see time savings add up fast.

Power Apps gets a performance and security lift

Announcements included enhanced ALM, improved environment management, and more built-in guardrails for enterprise security and more robust fusion development.

Inside the Quisitive Booth: Where 10 Seconds Could Win Big

We brought something a little different this year. Our Stop-the-Clock Game challenged attendees to hit exactly 00:10.00 seconds on a stopwatch for a chance to win cash. The longest line of the expo? Rumor says ours.

Why 10 seconds? Because small efficiencies add up. Across your business, saving ten seconds at a time can reclaim hours, unlock productivity, and reduce the friction that slows teams down. It sparked great conversations about automation wins using Power Platform and agentic AI.

We also introduced real stories of how organizations are already “giving time back” with automation in Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI.

David Warner Took the Stage Twice… and the Community Showed Up

Our own David Warner delivered a packed session and stellar workshop. True to form, his talks were high-energy, practical, and grounded in real-world experience building scalable Power Platform solutions.

He shared guidance on responsible AI, automation patterns that withstand enterprise growth, and the importance of platform governance so innovation doesn’t outpace oversight.

Community Wins: Live Meetups With Stephanie Marshall

We hosted two packed booth meetups with Stephanie Marshall, each focused on practical improvements makers can apply right away.

  • Meet, Mingle & Modernize gave attendees quick wins for refreshing classic Power Apps with modern controls, layouts, and cleaner UI to improve adoption.
  • Donuts & Devices focused on building mobile-ready, responsive Power Apps that work smoothly on any device.

Both sessions reinforced a clear trend this year: design and usability are becoming just as important as automation when scaling Power Apps across the business.

The Questions We Heard Most Often

Across hundreds of conversations, a few themes came up again and again:

  • How do we scale our Copilot and AI strategy across departments, not just in IT?
  • What does a governed, secure citizen developer model look like in 2025 and beyond?
  • How do we measure real ROI from automation?
  • Where should we start with agentic AI?

These conversations reinforced that organizations want to go faster with AI and automation, but with structure, clarity, and responsible rollout.

If You Know, You Know: PPCC 2025 Moments Only Attendees Caught

A few insider highlights that made this year’s event memorable:

  • The hallway demos after the Copilot Studio roadmap session were shoulder-to-shoulder.
  • “AI agent vs. workflow” debates sparked in nearly every breakout room.
  • You could feel momentum around enterprise automation maturity – this wasn’t a “maker-only” crowd anymore.
  • Swag winner? Socks and plush agents were everywhere.
  • Community Night once again proved PPCC is one of the most tight-knit conferences in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Looking Ahead: Life after the 2025 Power Platform Community Conference

PPCC made one thing clear: organizations aren’t experimenting with automation anymore – they’re scaling it. And AI is now a core part of that strategy. Power Platform continues to evolve into the engine for enterprise process modernization, and the appetite for Copilot Studio + agentic AI is just getting started.
