Texas DIR Co-op Contracts Program – Microsoft Technical Services (MTS)
Through the Microsoft Technical Services (MTS) contract, the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) has streamlined the purchasing of specialized MTS services at an agreed upon, discounted rate.
You are eligible to buy through this DIR contract if you are a Texas state agency, public institution of higher education, public school district, or other local government entity.
