





Tami Anders serves as Chief of Staff, a strategic and operational role in which she guides the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and company at large to be both productive and successful. Tami is responsible for driving strategic corporate projects across the company, while also leading the strategy for Corporate Brand, Investor Relations, Human Resources, and Recruiting at Quisitive.
Spearheading the vision, synthesis and communication of the corporate brand, both internally and externally, Tami plays a pivotal role in shaping the Quisitive story as it grows and evolves with effective marketing strategy and seamless execution. She plays an equally pivotal role in Investor Relations, as she establishes and expands relationships with investment analysts and investors worldwide, among other shareholder relations activities. Finally, she leads the Human Resources and Recruiting teams to grow the Quisitive team and optimize the employee experience for productivity and engagement. Tami holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business.

Dan Kunz serves as the Executive Vice President of Cloud Solutions Global Delivery. Dan leads the delivery of solutions and services to customers, focusing on customer satisfaction, technical expertise, and innovative service offerings.
Dan brings over 25 years of portfolio expansion, customer relations, global talent management, P&L management, sales, and operations experience across the I.T. services industry. Dan graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a B.S. in Zoology and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
Lane Sorgen leads Cloud Solutions Sales and Marketing. With a background that includes 24 years at Microsoft, extensive executive-level experience in SMC (Small, Medium Corporate Accounts), Enterprise, and Dynamics platform sales, Lane has a deep understanding of sales, presales, marketing and leading high-performing teams. Additionally, he has experience in product, leading the Microsoft Consulting Services organization, and managing major organizational change that equipped him to lead Quisitive’s go-to-market efforts through growth and expansion.
Lane has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems & Accounting from Delta State University and an MBA from Christian Brothers University.

Mike Reinhart founded Quisitive in 2016 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Board Director. With more than 20 years of experience leading national Microsoft IT services firms, Mr. Reinhart has a strong reputation with Microsoft leadership. Prior to founding Quisitive, he was the co-founder and President of RBA Consulting, where he provided the vision and strategic direction for the company. Mr. Reinhart’s previous experience also includes serving as Vice President of the Microsoft National Practice for Born Information Services and working at Medtronic, where he was responsible for IT strategy and technology implementation for corporate shared services and international systems.
For more than 15 years, Mr. Reinhart’s IT services companies have been part of the Microsoft National Systems Integrator program and won numerous partner awards including Innovative Technology for Good Citizenship Partner of the Year in 2013 and U.S. Partner of the Year Finalist in 2018.

Kevin Van Culin is a Managing Director based in H.I.G.’s San Francisco office. He is involved in all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth and operational strategies, including add-on acquisitions. Kevin leads technology investing for the Lower Middle Market fund.
Kevin has over 20 years of experience in private equity and management consulting. Prior to joining H.I.G., he was a consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 companies in the healthcare, financial, and automotive industries across North America and Europe. While at Bain, Kevin also worked in the private equity practice focusing on market, company, and competitive due diligence for global private equity funds.
Kevin graduated from Northwestern University with a B.S. dual degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics, Cum Laude, and earned his M.B.A. from Northwestern University.

Rachel is a Principal in H.I.G. Capital’s San Francisco office with over thirteen years of experience in private equity and investment banking.
Prior to joining H.I.G., Rachel worked for Paine Schwartz Partners. She began her career at Deutsche Bank, advising clients on M&A transactions, capital raises, and other strategic initiatives.
Rachel earned a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College, magna cum laude, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Andrew is a Senior Vice President based in H.I.G. Capital’s San Francisco office.
Andrew has nearly a decade of experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining H.I.G. Capital, Andrew worked for Riverarch Equity Partners where he invested across a diverse set of industries. Andrew began his career as an investment banking analyst at BMO Capital Markets in the M&A group.
Andrew earned an M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management and his undergraduate degree from Ohio University.

Amy is a Vice President based in H.I.G. Capital’s San Francisco office.
Prior to joining H.I.G. Capital, Amy worked for Berkshire Partners, where she focused on investing in middle market technology and services businesses. Prior to Berkshire Partners, Amy began her career as an investment banking analyst at Evercore.
Amy earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Aziz is a 30+ year veteran in technology and consulting services. He currently serves as Chairman of Myridius, formerly known as RCG Global Services, and previously served as a Board Director at Excellarate under Frontenac’s ownership.
He is the former CEO of CLEAResult, a leading provider of energy efficiency programs and services in North America. Aziz previously served as President of North America for Avanade, a global professional services company providing IT consulting services for the Microsoft platform. Prior to that, he was a senior partner at Accenture where he held a number of senior management positions globally and provided strategy, consulting, digital transformation and operations services to Fortune 500 company clients.
