Mike Reinhart
Founder and CEO
Mike Reinhart founded Quisitive in 2016 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Board Director. With more than 25 years of experience leading national Microsoft IT services firms, Mike has a strong reputation with Microsoft leadership and a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Well known for his acumen in IT strategy, professional services, management, software as a service and business intelligence, Mike has built a culture within Quisitive to always drive value for customers and partners. He has been able to grow the company quickly, focusing on geographic scale through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, industry services and solutions, and the development of first-party SaaS solutions. Mike is a strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and an MBA focused in Management from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.

Tami Anders
Chief of Staff
Tami Anders serves as Chief of Staff, a strategic and operational role in which she guides the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and company at large to be both productive and successful. Tami is responsible for driving strategic corporate projects across the company, while also leading the strategy for Corporate Brand, Investor Relations, Human Resources, and Recruiting at Quisitive.
Spearheading the vision, synthesis and communication of the corporate brand, both internally and externally, Tami plays a pivotal role in shaping the Quisitive story as it grows and evolves with effective marketing strategy and seamless execution. She plays an equally pivotal role in Investor Relations, as she establishes and expands relationships with investment analysts and investors worldwide, among other shareholder relations activities. Finally, she leads the Human Resources and Recruiting teams to grow the Quisitive team and optimize the employee experience for productivity and engagement. Tami holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business.

Scott Meriwether
Chief Financial Officer
With over 15 years of experience in public and private company finance and in payment processing and software, Scott’s diverse experiences across finance, operations, M&A and investor relations delivers strategy and execution to Quisitive. Scott has a depth of knowledge in executive management, financial analysis and forecasting, SaaS delivery, capital markets and financing, and corporate governance. Scott will lead Quisitive’s corporate finance team and support investor relations and M&A. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), licensed in the state of Tennessee.
Terri Burmeister
President, Global Cloud Services and Applications
Terri Burmeister serves as President of Cloud Services and Applications, a key component of the Quisitive Cloud Solutions business. In this role, Terri manages cloud services and solutions operations and their Microsoft partnership.
Terri brings vast experience in both corporate management and the Microsoft ecosystem to Quisitive, with nearly 30 years of experience in the IT services industry, including more than a decade in leadership roles at Catapult Systems. Terri graduated from The University of Wisconsin-Stout in 1989 with a B.S. in Merchandising and Business Management

Lane Sorgen
Executive Vice President, Global Business Applications
Lane Sorgen leads the Global Business Applications group. With a background that includes 24 years at Microsoft, extensive executive-level experience in SMC (Small, Medium Corporate Accounts), Enterprise, and Dynamics platform sales, Lane has a deep understanding of Business Applications services and leading high-performing teams. Additionally, he has experience in product, leading the Microsoft Consulting Services organization, and managing major organizational change that equipped him to lead the Quisitive Business Applications group through rapid expansion, M&A integration, and a growing IP portfolio. He is responsible for ensuring the Business Applications team is developing relevant offerings that drive value for customers, exceeding customer expectations on solution delivery, and investing in best-in-class IP. Lane has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems & Accounting from Delta State University and an MBA from Christian Brothers University.

Jana Schmidt
President, Global Payments Solutions
Jana leads the Global Payments Solutions group. Jana has a background that includes extensive experience in payments, consumer data, and consumer experience. Additionally, she has experience in sales and marketing that equips her to lead the fast-growing Quisitive Payments Solutions group. She is responsible for strategic payments initiatives, including full commercialization of our cloud-based payments processing and Payments IntelligenceTM platform, PayiQ, along with the ongoing management of BankCard USA, and the build-out of our merchant services group. Jana holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Colorado State University and completed Advanced Programs of Disruptive Innovation and Fintech Revolution at Harvard Business School and The Wharton Business School, respectively.

Steven Balusek
Executive Vice President, Global IT and Innovation
As the leader of Global IT and Innovation for Quisitive, Steven is responsible for developing the global IT strategy and driving innovation in our IP portfolio. He oversees the development of the governance and security policies for Quisitive’s technology ecosystem and our IT strategy that enables execution at scale. With over 20 years of technology experience in a wide range of industries, including financial services, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare, Steven is a passionate leader with a track record of quality delivery and operational excellence. Steven is a skilled executive, consulting director, practice manager, engagement manager, and lead technical architect. He holds a BBA in Management and Marketing from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington Graduate School of Business.

Mike Reinhart founded Quisitive in 2016 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Board Director. With more than 20 years of experience leading national Microsoft IT services firms, Mr. Reinhart has a strong reputation with Microsoft leadership. Prior to founding Quisitive, he was the co-founder and President of RBA Consulting, where he provided the vision and strategic direction for the company. Mr. Reinhart’s previous experience also includes serving as Vice President of the Microsoft National Practice for Born Information Services and working at Medtronic, where he was responsible for IT strategy and technology implementation for corporate shared services and international systems.
For more than 15 years, Mr. Reinhart’s IT services companies have been part of the Microsoft National Systems Integrator program and won numerous partner awards including Innovative Technology for Good Citizenship Partner of the Year in 2013 and U.S. Partner of the Year Finalist in 2018.
His passion, relationships and experience working with Microsoft have driven him to create the Microsoft Partner of the Future, the premier Microsoft Partner in North America that drives value for Microsoft and customers enabled by three key assets:

Dave Guebert

Mr. Guebert joined Quisitive’s Board of Directors on August 13, 2018 as a Director and the Audit Chair. Mr. Guebert is an experienced financial professional and business manager with more than 35 years of experience in finance and accounting. Mr. Guebert recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Mind Medicine Inc. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Legend Power Systems and Discover Wellness Solutions, Inc. Mr. Guebert has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (University of Saskatchewan) along with both CPA (CA) (Alberta) and CPA (Pennsylvania) designations.
Phil Sorgen

Phil Sorgen joined Quisitive’s Board of Directors on April 5, 2018 as a Director. With previous experience as the Corporate Vice President of U.S. Enterprise Commercial at Microsoft Corporation, Mr. Sorgen now serves as a Venture Partner at Tola Capital. While at Microsoft, Mr. Sorgen led the organization that serves the largest commercial customers in the U.S. by helping them to deliver their digital transformation using Microsoft’s full suite of enterprise cloud offerings. In this role, Mr. Sorgen was responsible for leading U.S. enterprise sales and customer success teams including national, industry and technical teams.
Mr. Sorgen served as the Corporate Vice President of Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft Corporation since September 1, 2013 until May 2016. Mr. Sorgen served as Corporate Vice President of U.S. Small and Mid-Market Solutions & Partners (SMS&P) at Microsoft Corporation until September 1, 2013. He served as President of Microsoft Canada Co, subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation since February 2006. Mr. Sorgen has been with Microsoft Corporation since 1996. He served as General Manager for Microsoft’s Gulf Coast District and was responsible for building the strategies and executing the plans for sales, consulting, channel development and marketing for South Texas and Louisiana. Under his leadership, the district was one of the fastest growing in the country. Mr. Sorgen also created and led the worldwide Microsoft Oil and Gas Vertical where he oversaw business strategies, including identifying key priorities and working with Microsoft technology partners to provide solutions for oil and gas manufacturing customers.
Mr. Sorgen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas.

Amy Brandt

Amy Brandt joined Quisitive’s Board of Directors on July 5th, 2022, as a Director. Ms. Brandt joins Quisitive with over 20 years of successful experience as an accomplished entrepreneur and senior executive. Today, Amy is the Operating Executive Director at Serent Capital. Serent Capital is a leading lower-middle market private equity firm focused on investing in high-growth service and technology businesses. Amy works closely with the portfolio company management teams as a hands-on resource providing oversight, guidance, and support. Previously, Amy was the president and chief executive officer of First American Docutech. She currently sits on the First American Advisory Council. In addition to her executive career, Amy currently serves on the boards of Maxwell, InhabitIQ, SunToWater Technologies, and the Institute of International Education.
Amy holds a JD from Arizona State College of Law and a BA in political science from the University of South California.
Laurie Goldberg

Laurie Goldberg joined Quisitive’s Board of Directors on June 28, 2021, as a Director. Mr. Goldberg joined Quisitive with nearly two decades of experience as a public company executive. Currently, he is the Chairman and CEO of People Corporation, a leading independent Canadian provider of group benefits, group retirement, and human resource solutions. As the founder of People Corporation 14 years ago, Mr. Goldberg transformed the company from a regional firm to a renowned national organization that is the fastest-growing firm in the group benefits, group retirement, and HR industry in Canada. Prior to his tenure at People Corporation, Mr. Goldberg was the President and COO of Assante Corporation, a TSX listed company, one of Canada’s largest wealth management firms. He also served as a Managing Partner with Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte). Mr. Goldberg currently sits on several public and private company boards.
Mr. Goldberg holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba and is a Chartered Accountant.
