Azure Kubernetes Services Jumpstart: Our Four Step Process
Step 1: Education
Overview of cloud native technology, containerization, and Azure Kubernetes Service, coupled with a modernization perspective of modernization approaches, to help provide a common organizational understanding of the core technology concepts.
Step 2: Workshops
Quisitive will deliver a Workshop series to build on the learnings to help identify a use-case for an existing service that can be modernized and targeted for deployment into an AKS cluster
Step 3 : Deployment
Establishing the Azure Kubernetes Service instance, networking, and security to support the identified use-case and necessary application updates to containerize and construct supporting Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to build and deploy the identified solution into the AKS cluster.
Step 4: Review & Recommendations
The last step is to review lessons learned with Microsoft Kubernetes engineers, areas for additional learning, and high-level roadmap for productionalization and organizational adoption.
